The first SpaceX Crew Dragon was boosted into low Earth orbit on an un-crewed test flight by a Falcon 9 v1.2 Block 5 on March 2, 2019. The spacecraft, consist of a 4.9 meter tall capsule and a 3.7 meter tall "trunk", sheathed with fixed solar arrays, and is with about 12 tonnes the heaviest payload for a Falcon 9. After uncoupling from the ISS, the capsule landed on March 8 by parachute in the Atlantic.
