V.O. LauncherOne

We can see any models without or functioning engine (two exhaust pipes).
The function of twin lateral small solid rockets (Propellant Setting Thruster) are not known. Maybe it are igniters for the propellant the main engine.

New LauncherOne propulsion
The extra performance in the rocket comes from stretching its tanks to hold more propellant.
This increases the mass and length of the rocket (from just over 15m to nearly 20m and max. 1.83m diameter). It is confirmed that the launcher use NewtonThree and NewtonFour engines (published by Aviation Week). The NewtonOne and NewtonTwo are prototypes for this larger engines. Virgin Galactic stated in September 2015 that both were pump-fed type engines.

Only one exhaust pipe to see
