Europa LV (and proposals for improvements)

One obvious way to improve the performance of Europa was to add strap on boosters. Here are the French proposals to do this. On the right is the liquid fuel booster arrangement, the boosters being modified versions of the first stage of the Diamant launcher. On the left is the solid fuel booster proposal.
